When you request a conversation, we collect the information you choose to provide: your name, email address, optional phone number, home region, approximate annual trip volume, typical number of travelers, preferred contact method and a description of the travel responsibilities you would like help managing.

Please do not submit passport details, payment-card information, loyalty-account numbers, dates of birth or other sensitive traveler information through this website.

How we use it

We use inquiry information to review private-beta fit, respond to you, arrange an introductory conversation and understand the needs of prospective participating families. We do not sell your personal information.

Storage and access

Inquiry records are stored in the website's protected database and are intended for access only by people supporting Anuvik's private-beta intake. Service providers that host or operate the website may process data on Anuvik's behalf.

Retention and choices

We retain inquiry information only as long as reasonably needed for these purposes, legal obligations and legitimate business records. You may ask us to correct or delete an inquiry by using the request page and stating that your message concerns privacy.

Changes

We may update this notice as the beta evolves. The effective date above will identify the current version.
